WiserAI Zoom Integration Guide
Adding the App
Open your Zoom app and click on the “Apps” icon at the top
Switch to “Add App” and search for WiserAI
Click Add
Sign into Zoom and authorize WiserAI
Note, WiserAI is currently in closed beta, and also requires a company signup/agreement. If you’re one of our early partners, then you can finish setting up WiserAI through our website.
Visit launch.getwiser.io and sign in
Connect your calendar when prompted
Now, any Zoom meeting you join from the WiserAI website will add the WiserAI Zoom bot for high quality recordings and realtime call assistance! Note that the meeting host will need to grant recording privileges for the bot to actually record/transcribe the meeting.
Usage
The WiserAI Zoom app is a simple Zoom bot that will join calls where you connect WiserAI. You need to sync your calendar for the application to function properly; you’ll be prompted on login to do so. Once the calendar is synced, you can join any meeting with a Zoom call attached, and the WiserAI bot will automatically join that meeting.
The bot will request recording privileges, which is necessary to create live transcriptions used for notes and live assistant information. If permission is not granted, the bot will leave the meeting.
You can stop the bot/recording by kicking the bot (and soon via controls to pause/stop/rejoin in the WiserAI webapp).
Once the bot is running, you can see its output in the WiserAI webapp. You will see live transcription, as well as notetaking if the conversation touches on relevant topics. You will also see our live content assist cards appear if we have content available to help answer questions that come up on the call.
Removing the App from Zoom
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "WiserAI" app.
Click the "WiserAI" app.
Click Remove.
Troubleshooting
Generally, if something goes wrong, you can solve it by rejoining the meeting in the WiserAI web app.
